Among David’s flagship assignments was the execution and completion of a 3 years consultancy for OPTIONS UK as a Lead consultant in Verification of Performance Based Incentive – Results Based Finance project for Maternal and Neonatal Health in Malawi implemented in 5 districts under the department of Reproductive Health in the Ministry of Health.
David has further carried out baseline surveys, project management and evaluations of Population, Maternal and Child Health, Livelihood, WASH, Reproductive Health, Education, HIV and AIDS, GBV/SGBV, Involuntary Resettlement and Displacement, and RBF projects in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Liberia, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Ethiopia and Burundi
